We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's team. In a dynamic environment, our client is dedicated to ensuring the stability and structure of its information systems while serving a large community of members. The role involves overseeing a diverse range of IT operations, ensuring the continued delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable digital tools.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading the overall management of IT while ensuring continuity and quality of service across applications, products, infrastructure, and operations.
• Stabilizing processes and workflows in both development and operational phases.
• Supporting and guiding managers within development, product, and infrastructure teams.
• Establishing a clear governance framework for teams and stakeholders.
• Managing IT budgets, including infrastructure and service costs.

Role and Tasks

The candidate will be tasked with conducting comprehensive assessments of the IT systems, focusing on various aspects:

• Organization and governance of IT
• Application architecture and infrastructure
• Delivery processes, operations, and security
• Maturity of practices in project management, agility, support, etc.
• Identifying operational, technical, and security risks as well as major pain points and improvement areas
• Delivering structured diagnostics to leadership.

Profile and Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, combining strong leadership with technical expertise.
• Substantial experience in managing IT teams and overseeing other leaders.
• Experience in transitional or transformation contexts is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to navigate environments requiring structuring, stabilizing, and transforming.
• A thorough understanding of Microsoft ecosystems, including .NET environments and Microsoft infrastructures.
• Strong skills in architecture, IT governance, and performance management.

Fluency in English and French is required for this position.
