Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a talented consultant to manage and support a range of ICT environments, both cloud-based and on-premise. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of ICT environments. This involves project work, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Support: Manage and support technical solutions including Microsoft OS, VMWare, Active Directory, Exchange, SAN/NAS, Terminal server (Citrix), network protocols, firewalls, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Modern Workplace Management: Handle modern workplace environments using the full suite of Microsoft365 products, such as Exchange Online, Office, MFA, EMS, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Cloud Environment Development: Build and manage cloud environments for clients using Microsoft Azure IaaS, SaaS, and WVD solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for IT and deep expertise in networking, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft server products, Office 365, and VMware. Affinity with security and cloud solutions is a plus.

• Technical Expertise: Solid experience with Microsoft server products, Office 365, VMware, and an interest in security and cloud solutions.
• Responsibility & Flexibility: You are reliable, flexible, and able to handle stress effectively.
• Communication & Collaboration: You excel at providing quality administrative work, possess a diplomatic approach, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
• Client Engagement: You’ll be spending about 80% of your time on-site with clients in East and West Flanders, Antwerp, and Brussels, and 20% at the office. You actively engage with clients, advise on IT innovations, and support them in setting up and documenting installations.
• Educational Background: A higher education degree or equivalent experience is required.
