IT Procurement & Program Manager

We're looking for a professional to join our client's dynamic team, aimed at enhancing the resilience and availability of critical data through the expansion of their IT capabilities and data center infrastructure. The successful candidate will support various stakeholders in translating long-term objectives into actionable technical, organizational, and contractual frameworks within government procurement guidelines.

We are looking for someone parttime: 2 days a week.

Responsibilities and Tasks

The candidate will leverage their solid experience in IT, telecommunications, and data center domains, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and local industry players. Key tasks include:

• Converting complex and forward-thinking requirements into modern, market-aligned solutions.
• Engaging in overarching discussions about governance models and frameworks while adhering to Belgian and European public procurement regulations.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in procurement and IT management within IT, TelCo, and data center programs, proven by relevant job descriptions on their CV. Additionally, they should be able to articulate their previous experiences in IT Project Management and governance programs into clearly defined frameworks. Knowledge of defense environments and federal government processes would be a valuable asset.

Fluency in English is a must, and the candidate may also speak either Dutch or French fluently.
