We’re looking for a dynamic IT Project Manager to join our client’s fast-evolving digital transformation environment. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of several strategic initiatives linked to a large-scale case management platform used within a complex institutional setting. The environment is highly collaborative, stakeholder-driven, and focused on modernizing critical operational processes through technology.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee one or multiple IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment between business teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners. You will play a key role in driving project execution, managing priorities, and maintaining visibility across governance structures while ensuring quality, timelines, and strategic consistency across the wider program landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and dependency management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involving business stakeholders, ICT teams, and third-party vendors
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
• Prepare and present project reporting to steering committees and management stakeholders
• Ensure delivery quality, timeline adherence, and alignment with the overall program roadmap
• Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and governance processes

The Ideal Candidate

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMO frameworks
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Experience within public sector environments is considered a strong advantage
• Familiarity with case management platforms or large enterprise systems is a plus
• Previous exposure to digital transformation programs is highly valued
