IT Project Manager

Function

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team and lead the successful implementation of financial systems within a dynamic international environment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners across multiple countries and languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial systems implementation projects, from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate business analysis activities to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined and translated into effective solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT leadership, and external vendors in a multinational environment.
• Support the implementation and optimization of financial processes and related systems.
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption and business transformation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions and innovations within projects.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in IT Project Management, preferably within finance-related transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms and financial systems.
• Experience working in Microsoft-based environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead change management initiatives.
• Affinity with and practical experience in applying AI technologies to business or IT projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working in international and multilingual environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly model-driven applications.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
