About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Integration Project Manager to join our client's team during a period of significant business transformation. In this role, you will lead strategic IT initiatives that support the integration and modernization of complex technology environments following organizational growth and acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while driving structure, ownership, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end IT infrastructure and integration projects from initiation through delivery.

• Coordinate the integration of IT environments following acquisitions, including infrastructure, user devices, networking, printing solutions, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• Manage and oversee migration projects involving Microsoft 365, mailboxes, applications, and cloud-based services.

• Drive the implementation of a centralized knowledge management platform based on SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Translate business requirements into practical digital solutions while identifying opportunities for process optimization and future innovation, including AI-driven capabilities.

• Monitor project scope, planning, quality, risks, dependencies, and overall progress.

• Coordinate activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Provide clear reporting to management and key stakeholders.

• Support change management initiatives to encourage user adoption and successful implementation.

• Challenge stakeholders where appropriate and help build alignment across the organization.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure, integration, and IT transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, cloud migrations, Identity & Access Management, and related technologies.

• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business and IT through effective communication.

• Pragmatic, hands-on, and results-oriented approach to project delivery.

• Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with post-merger integration projects is considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies is beneficial.

• Experience supporting organizational change management is an asset.
