Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IT Telecommunication Engineer, you will play a key part in both the technical execution and operational excellence of our client’s telecom infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring of next-gen telecommunication systems.

• Collaborating with internal teams and external network partners to troubleshoot and optimize performance.

• Aligning technical requirements with real-world needs by working closely with stakeholders and end users.

• Drafting and maintaining technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, and user support guides.

• Taking initiative in managing assigned tasks, whether working independently or within a team.

• Applying strong problem-solving capabilities and a growth mindset in a fast-evolving technical landscape.

• A Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT or telecommunications.

• Solid knowledge of mobile telecom technologies and related systems.

• A hands-on, analytical approach to solving technical challenges.

• Professional fluency in Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other language.

• Proficiency in technical English, both written and verbal.

• Strong communication skills and the resilience to perform under pressure in a secure environment.
