IT Test Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Test Manager to join our client's team and lead the testing activities across multiple strategic business and IT transformation projects. Working in a complex enterprise environment, you will define and implement testing strategies, coordinate end-to-end test execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions across a wide range of business domains. You will also play a key role in establishing and administering the organization's testing management platform, following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and governance for large-scale projects and application enhancements.
• Develop integrated test plans in collaboration with project managers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Define the scope, planning, execution, and monitoring of all testing phases while providing real-time reporting through dashboards and KPIs.
• Coordinate the creation, execution, and maintenance of end-to-end, positive, and negative test scenarios.
• Manage defects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution while reporting progress, risks, and quality indicators to project leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure comprehensive regression testing across applications and interfaces before production releases.
• Produce and maintain reusable testing documentation, acceptance criteria, test libraries, execution reports, and governance documentation.
• Work with enterprise technologies including SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Microsoft 365 solutions, and other business applications.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Test Manager in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise with JIRA, including project configuration and administration, workflow design and optimization, dashboards, real-time reporting, permissions management, and notifications.
• Hands-on experience with test management plugins such as Xray, Zephyr, or equivalent.
• ISTQB Foundation certification is mandatory; ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Waterfall, V-Model, Agile, and Hybrid approaches, as well as quality risk management, test governance, and KPI definition.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC processes, ideally within FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP modules, including integration testing and end-to-end business processes. Knowledge of SAP interfaces such as IDoc, RFC, PI/PO, or APIs is an asset.
• Ability to analyse functional blueprints, assess testing impacts, and define comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios.
