Java Developer

We're looking for a talented individual to join our client's agile team as a development engineer, where you'll be part of a dynamic group focused on designing, building, and testing valuable applications within tight deadlines. In this role, you will leverage a range of skills, including analysis, design, development, testing, and integration, to contribute to delivering a high-quality product at the end of each sprint.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will co-lead the squad, mentor junior colleagues, and actively participate in challenging the architects to foster innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Addressing and fixing security vulnerabilities
- Maintaining a strong focus on the quality of code and deliverables, alongside applying industry best practices
- Collaborating with team members to exceed individual knowledge and contribute to the completion of the sprint backlog
- Upholding scrum values and encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and a commitment to delivering value
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of relevant experience with a solid technical background, including:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JUnit, Gherkin, Ruby, React JS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript, as well as Vite and Jest
- A strong understanding of software architecture, including hardware, OS, networking, and databases
- Familiarity with development methods, standards, security procedures, and tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a necessity
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with a WCM and experience in integrating technologies across different infrastructures.

Additionally, there is an expectation of a 50% on-site and 50% remote work arrangement.
