Junior Dora Consultant

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to join our client’s team and build hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, regulation, and financial services. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional who wants to grow in the field of ICT risk, compliance, and operational resilience while supporting organizations in navigating the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Your Role

In this role, you will support senior consultants in helping financial institutions strengthen their operational resilience and regulatory alignment. You will be involved in structured analysis, documentation, and coordination activities that contribute directly to compliance initiatives and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mapping and documenting ICT processes, risks, and controls related to DORA

• Support risk assessments and gap analyses for regulatory compliance

• Collect, structure, and maintain evidence for audits and regulatory reviews

• Contribute to the preparation of training and awareness materials for client teams

• Track remediation actions, milestones, and deliverables across projects

• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging best practices related to DORA

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support implementation efforts

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, IT, Risk Management, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, IT audit, or similar roles (including internships)

• Basic understanding of ICT risk, cybersecurity, or financial regulations

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organization and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and documentation tools

• Highly motivated to learn and develop expertise in DORA and operational resilience

• (Nice to have) Experience in financial services or consulting, and familiarity with frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, or EBA guidelines
