We're seeking a dedicated consultant to join our client's team, contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of their current website, which is powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless collaboration between the business and technical teams and entails a variety of key responsibilities designed to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities and Role

As part of the AEM team, you will play an integral role in translating business requirements into AEM functionalities and components, along with offering guidance based on best practices. Your tasks will include:

• Acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams.
• Preparing functional analyses and stories for development.
• Leading workshops to clarify specifications and resolve ambiguities.
• Conducting demos during testing phases of new functionalities.

Documentation of Adobe functionalities and components will also be a key deliverable, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Adobe best practices.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have at least two years of relevant experience, ideally within similar roles. The ideal candidate should possess:

• A strong understanding of AEM (versions 6.4 and/or 6.5).
• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Campaign (a plus).
• Experience in leading workshops and training on Adobe products like AEM.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience in wireframing, UX, and SEO concepts, and linking these to AEM.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Additionally, experience in discussions with web agencies and technical teams is essential, along with fluency in Dutch and English, and excellent writing skills in English.
