We're looking for a talented junior Functioneel Analyst to join our client's team, ensuring continuity and maintenance along with minor adjustments of their Service Cloud solution. This role involves working within a technical environment where projects are initiated, while also utilizing your skills to support the needs of a central contact center.

Responsibilities and Role

In this position, you will be responsible for performing requirements analysis and design within various technical frameworks such as Object-Oriented, Client/Server, and UML environments. Your analytical mindset will aid in solving technical problems efficiently while collaborating with team members effectively.

Key Tasks

• Engage in requirement analysis and design for applications.
• Contribute to the configuration and innovation of solutions within Salesforce.
• Deliver clear communication and ensure team collaboration through questioning and clarification.
• Maintain a keen understanding of data and process modeling techniques and tools.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate acute analytical skills, with a proven track record in functional analysis particularly in critical business applications. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst (1+ years).
• Fluency in Dutch is a must
• Experience in analysis & design for technical projects.
• Knowledge of similar projects is an advantage.

Additionally, proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication across teams.
