Junior ICT Specialist GIS
Function
We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team as a GIS Project Consultant. In this role, you will contribute to the deployment and evolution of modern GIS solutions used across the organization. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will support the rollout and development of both web-based GIS viewers and desktop GIS applications, ensuring reliable and scalable geospatial solutions that support operational processes.
Role and responsibilities
As part of the GIS team, you will be involved in implementing and maintaining geospatial applications and supporting the organization-wide deployment of GIS platforms.

Contribute to the deployment and configuration of GIS viewers and Desktop GIS solutions across the organization.

Support the development and integration of GIS systems within existing IT environments.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of GIS tools.

Participate in the development and optimization of geospatial workflows and data processes.

Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement of GIS applications and services.
Technical profile
Experience and knowledge
-
Proven experience with ArcGIS Pro.

Strong hands-on experience with FME and geospatial data transformation workflows.

Experience with VertiGIS Studio Web and VertiGIS Studio Workflow.

Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of GIS systems.

Solid knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL or similar technologies.

Experience working with Agile development methodologies.

Additional requirements

Certification as an FME Professional is required.
