Function

We're looking for a skilled analyst/developer to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in managing and developing applications within an IT environment, specifically focusing on a leading technology platform. Your responsibilities will involve participation in projects, maintenance, and incident management.

Responsibilities

As part of your duties, you will collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to contribute to the functional and technical design of solutions. Your main tasks will include:

• Overseeing the setup, development, and testing within the application.
• Ensuring thorough documentation of all processes.
• Converting problems into actionable solutions.
• Contributing to knowledge preservation and transfer among colleagues.
• Communicating effectively and promptly with all stakeholders.
• Assisting in estimating and scheduling various setup and development activities for multiple initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and relevant experience, specifically:

• Proven experience with similar technologies and within an ITSM environment.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrated during interviews.
• A higher education degree (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background, or equivalent experience in ICT technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2, along with proficiency in English.

Additional Preferred Skills
