Role & Responsibilities
As Lead .NET Developer, you will take ownership of the technical direction and quality of the platform while contributing directly to development.
- Technical leadership: Guide and mentor a nearshore development team, supporting their growth and ensuring high development standards
- Architecture & design: Translate the product roadmap into a robust and scalable software architecture and further refine the application design
- Quality assurance: Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and clear development standards and best practices
- Full-stack development: Contribute to development across the modern .NET ecosystem, including APIs, backend services, and front-end development with Blazor, as well as mobile components in a MAUI environment
- Strategic collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and analysts to evaluate technical decisions, identify potential risks, and ensure sustainable solutions
Ideal Profile
Our client is looking for a technically strong professional who combines development expertise with leadership capabilities.
- Solid experience as a Developer, Senior .NET Engineer, or Technical Lead
- Strong knowledge of the modern .NET stack (including .NET 7+), Blazor, and mobile development frameworks
- Experience with software architecture, application design, and modern development principles
- Experience leading or collaborating with remote or external development teams is considered a plus
- Strong focus on clean code, maintainability, scalability, and performance
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch
- Willingness to work from locations in Brussels and Antwerp
