Lead .NET Developer

We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer strengthen the development team at one of our client's projects. This role is a unique blend of technical prowess and team leadership, aimed at enhancing both the software framework and the team's capabilities in .NET development.
The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in both the development and the strategic enhancement of the .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with the software development manager to establish a future-oriented .NET architecture and team. Your contributions will be critical in setting up everything from scratch, as the existing setup may be outdated, and decisions on frameworks have yet to be finalized.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Participate in the development of strategic projects
- Help make key decisions regarding the selection and implementation of .NET architecture, ensuring the technology stack remains cutting-edge.
- Engage in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend .NET solutions. Knowledge of front-end development, particularly in React, is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in C# .NET development, with the ability to guide and strengthen a team's skill set in this domain.
- Excellent collaborative skills, able to work closely with a software development manager guiding the team towards future success.
- Ability to work on strategic projects with sharp deadlines, demonstrating both a high level of technical skill and the ability to manage time effectively.
Other Qualifications
- Able to travel 1 day per week to Brussels and 1 day to a regional office, with up to 3 days of telework
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a solid knowledge of English.
