We're looking for a talented professional to join our client's dedicated team focused on developing innovative solutions in the life insurance sector. Our client is seeking an experienced individual who is eager to contribute to critical projects involving portfolio migration and commercial development. You will become part of a cohesive team that includes actuaries, business analysts, and testers, collaborating to ensure success in the complex landscape of life insurance.

The role involves contributing to the migration of individual life insurance policies, with a focus on comprehensive data testing. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed test plans and cases for data validation activities.
• Executing both manual and automated data testing procedures.
• Documenting testing evidence and ensuring coverage of all test scenarios.
• Designing automated programs and queries to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate test results in alignment with business expectations.
• Preparing and managing test data utilizing mainframe systems throughout various testing phases.

You will also support transversal testing activities, including reviewing testing efforts from other migration phases, managing defects, and generating reports as needed for the migrated life insurance portfolio.

The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in the life insurance sector with a minimum of 5 years of experience and has a demonstrated success in data analysis and testing. Required skills and qualifications include:

• In-depth knowledge of life insurance and migration processes.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for data validation.
• A strong commitment to quality, deadlines, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• A university degree in data, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences including actuaries, IT specialists, and management.
• A client and results-oriented mindset.
