Mainframe Developer

Function

As an application developer (Dutch speaker), you'll be an integral part of a dynamic Agile team. Your responsibilities include delivering a final product in accordance with application architecture standards, user functional requirements, and overall ICT strategy and guidelines.

Profile:

• Dutch must have
• You bring several years of experience as a Mainframe developer.
• Ideally, you have a background in computer science (holding a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience).
• Your strengths lie in analytical skills, precision, and results-oriented approach.
• Collaboration is key, and you'll work with other developers, software engineers, analysts, the scrum master, and end-users to create high-quality, user-friendly tools for various business units.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility.
• Proactive in offering high-quality solutions.
• Is a fluent communicator and a true team player.
• Thrives in a varied role that comes with challenges.
• Preferably has experience with Agile team practices.

Technical Requirements:

• Cobol
• CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM
• Considered as a plus: IDZ/RDZ, MQ series, Experience with hierarchical DB
