We're looking for an experienced Management Assistant to join our client's multidisciplinary team. In this key support role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic department by providing high-quality administrative, organizational, and communication support. Acting as a central point of contact, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email administration, tracking, filing, and follow-up activities.
- Handle occasional telephone inquiries and ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and update administrative files and records.
- Organize internal and external meetings, coordinate schedules, and occasionally arrange business travel.
- Provide administrative and operational support to a multidisciplinary team, proactively identifying solutions and contributing to process improvements.
- Collaborate with fellow assistants to maintain and continuously improve departmental procedures and documentation.
- Contribute positively to team engagement and foster a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Assistant, preferably within a legal, regulatory, or professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and French.
- Good practical knowledge of English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with proprietary business systems.
