Function
Our client is seeking an experienced business analyst to support a complex digital transformation initiative within a public-sector environment. The assignment focuses on improving data exchange, streamlining processes, and helping align stakeholders around a more efficient and consistent approach to handling traffic-related recidivism and related justice workflows.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes across multiple public authorities and judicial stakeholders.
- Map current and future-state processes, with a focus on data quality, information flows, and operational efficiency.
- Translate policy and process needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Support IT teams and vendors during functional analysis and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor progress, raise risks or blockers early, and report relevant issues to the project lead.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with a range of stakeholders to align ways of working.
- Support the definition of a uniform approach to traffic offence recidivism handling.
- Produce clear end-user documentation and contribute to training materials and rollout support.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior business analysis role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong background in business analysis, functional analysis, and process modelling.
- Experience with project delivery methods such as PRINCE2 and Agile is important.
- Experience with complex data flows involving multiple parties is a strong advantage.
- Experience in public-sector projects is considered a plus.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on documentation and follow-up.
- Affinity with justice-related and traffic-related topics is an asset.

Practical Information
This is a long-term consulting opportunity within a public-sector transformation context.
- Languages: fluent French or Dutch, with good understanding of the other language; good understanding of English is required.
