Medior Business Analyst

We're looking for a Medior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team within their Service Factory department. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between ICT and Business while contributing to impactful projects, this role offers the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful realization of business and functional needs:

• Translate business requirements into clear functional analyses and user stories.
• Coordinate the implementation of software solutions (development language: Java).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and report on project progress.
• Support project managers in delivering products and processes that provide tangible value.
• Write, review, and execute test cases according to Agile methodologies.
• Perform integration tests and assist end users during testing phases.
• Proactively report issues and suggest optimal solutions for continuous improvement.
• Conduct impact analysis for software changes and maintain high-quality documentation.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills who can drive process and application improvements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Solid understanding of Business Analysis techniques.
• Good knowledge of IT architecture; familiarity with enterprise architecture is a plus.
• Basic skills in software testing and project management.
• Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to applying stories, UML, and acceptance criteria.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Other Requirements
