Function

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a transversal and structuring role. In this position, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that business needs are clearly analyzed, formalized and translated into actionable deliverables. You will not be involved in development activities, but you will play a key role in shaping scope, priorities and functional direction.

Role & Responsibilities
As Business Analyst, you will support decision-making, budgeting and implementation by bringing structure and clarity to complex environments:

  • Analyze and consolidate business needs based on existing documentation and pre-analyses

  • Organize and facilitate workshops with managers and key stakeholders

  • Clarify and document business processes, data flows and system integrations (including CRM environments)

  • Model processes and user journeys using BPMN and UML

  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria

  • Build, structure and prioritize a coherent backlog in an Agile context

  • Define the target functional architecture and contribute to the target operating model

  • Support functional testing and follow-up until handover to technical teams

  • Collaborate closely with governance bodies, IT referents and business representatives

Profile & Key Competencies
We are looking for a medior-level professional with recent and hands-on experience in:

  • Business Analysis and Functional Analysis (advanced level)

  • Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and UML (solid recent practice required)

  • Writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria

  • Backlog management within Agile frameworks

  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder coordination

  • CRM environments (e.g. Salesforce) and cross-system integrations (CRM, ERP, HR, Accounting)

  • Structuring complex information and delivering high-quality documentation
    You work autonomously, adopt a constructive and partnership-oriented mindset, and are able to challenge stakeholders when needed while maintaining alignment.

Practical Information

  • Hybrid working model with significant on-site presence depending on business needs (four days per week)

  • Transversal position with strong exposure to both business and IT stakeholders

  • No development responsibilities; focus is on analysis, modelling and coordination

Languages

  • French: full professional proficiency (mandatory)

  • Dutch: nice to have

  • English: nice to have
