Function
We’re looking for two consultants to join our client’s team and support a key IT service management transformation, focused on a migration from TOPdesk to ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Drive change and/or delivery management activities within the ITSM migration
- Support the transition from TOPdesk to ServiceNow, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption
- Align with stakeholders and guide teams through the change process
- Contribute to planning, coordination, and execution of the transition
Profile
- Medior-level experience in change management and/or delivery management
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and environments
- Experience with ADKAR methodology (certification is preferred)
- Hands-on, communicative, and able to work in a structured way
Practical
Hybrid setup: 2 days on-site (Brussels–Leuven region), 3 days remote
