Medior Exstream Specialist

Function

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team, contributing to an essential project focused on customer communication management (CCM). The selected candidate will integrate into a vibrant team of developers, specializing in utilizing OpenText Exstream. This role requires immediate engagement and proficiency in crafting effective solutions.

Responsibilities

The role entails a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Understanding client requirements and finalizing input file structures.
• Creating outputs in various formats such as AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, and Empower.
• Designing templates in three languages: French, Dutch, and German.
• Developing unit test cases for unit, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Executing quality assurance (QA) efficiently.
• Adhering to best practices for development and unit testing following an agile approach.
• Reviewing daily deliverables and participating in project status meetings.

Technical Skills Required

The ideal candidate should possess the following technical abilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of the document lifecycle and extensive experience with OpenText Exstream.
• Proficiency in OpenText Exstream Live, Empower, and Content Author.
• Expertise in tools such as OpenText Exstream, Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, Workshop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, and Supervisor.
• Programming or scripting skills (Java, Shell script, Cobol, .NET).
• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in Web Exstream applications (Workshop, Content Author, etc.) and Communication Builder is essential for success in this role. Additionally, fluency in English and French is required.
