We are searching for a talented Functional ICT Analyst to strengthen our client’s team. In this role, you will use your technical and analytical expertise to design, support, and optimize critical systems for an impactful, data-driven financial environment. Your work will bridge the gap between technical teams and service owners, ensuring streamlined operations, data integrity, and compliance for robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preliminary design and analysis of information systems, managing both the planning and execution phases.
• Conduct in-depth functional analyses, crafting detailed design documents that align with business goals.
• Recommend, document, and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Create new program requirements and specifications to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate on system upgrades and troubleshoot current system issues.
• Analyze and assess service requests, including feasibility studies, resource requirements, and time estimates.

Role Essentials:

• Solid experience (2-5 years) in banking or insurance as a Functional Analyst.
• Demonstrated ability to perform functional analysis and design for information systems, ideally in an iSeries (AS/400) environment.
• Expertise in RPG, CL, SQL, and DB2, as well as a strong grasp of ICT solutions within financial applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SAFe, with skills in analytical thinking, collaboration, data-driven strategies, IT security, and software development.
