Function

Our client is looking for a Medior .NET Developer to support a migration initiative involving several essential information tools that underpin business processes. The assignment focuses on modernising the solution landscape and strengthening service continuity through solid development and integration expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate components using .NET technologies.
  • Document and implement solution customisations in close collaboration with the architecture group.
  • Contribute to the technical evolution of the existing environment as part of the migration effort.

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Core and .NET 10.
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API, REST APIs, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorisation mechanisms such as JWT, OIDC, and claims-based security.
  • Experience with Blazor, MVC, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and WCF.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing.
  • Solid background as a confirmed full-stack developer.

  • You are confirmed in Microsoft technologies, with a clear focus on .NET development.
  • You work in a structured and analytical way, with the ability to assess information critically.
  • You can recognise patterns, connect data logically, and distinguish key elements from supporting details.
  • You are able to evaluate alternatives, build coherent conclusions, and support decision-making with sound analysis.
  • You work well in collaboration with technical stakeholders and architecture teams.

Practical Information

  • Work arrangement: at least 2 days per week on-site in Brussels, with telework allowed within Belgium.
  • Languages: active Dutch and French, passive English.
