We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, offering valuable expertise within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in supporting and coordinating with end-users, alongside a strong background in SAP implementations. Your ability to work independently and take initiative will be critical to navigating complex project requirements and delivering optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve direct interaction with both end-users and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between end-users and IT technical staff.
- Conducting process analysis and modeling.
- Participating in SAP module implementations across various areas including PA, OM, PY, FI-CO, MM, and more.
- Utilizing tools such as JIRA for ticketing and issue tracking.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring a robust set of skills and knowledge to the table, including:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an SAP environment, with at least three years of experience.
- Strong understanding of financial and HR processes in academic institutions.
- Familiarity with development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
- Experience with requirement analysis and management.
- Knowledge of ERP lifecycle implementation projects.
- Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2, and a good command of English.
Additional Skills
While not mandatory, the following skills will be considered a plus:
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of M365 applications.
