This role focuses on the technical leadership required for developing and maintaining a modern, efficient, and user-friendly IT environment, emphasizing collaboration and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

In this pivotal position, you will guide the technical direction and quality of modern workplace solutions. You will act as a technical reference for complex challenges, support design decisions, and collaborate hands-on when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical aspects of modern workplace solutions.
• Contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
• Serving as a point of contact for intricate incidents, changes, and improvement initiatives.
• Coaching team members on technical queries and best practices.
• Ensuring the stability and security of the digital workplace.
• Developing technical standards and guidelines.
• Integrating solutions with existing IT services.
• Supporting hybrid work models from a technological standpoint.
• Actively contributing to projects with technical insights and designs.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Staying updated on technology trends within the modern workplace.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and leadership skills, specifically in the following areas:

• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture or as a technology lead in complex IT environments.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing digital workplace solutions.
• 15+ years of practical experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, including Office 365 and collaboration services.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud concepts (such as Azure) and cybersecurity basics.
• A minimum of 3 years supporting hybrid or remote working practices.
• Experience in project-driven environments, contributing to technical choices and implementations.
