This role focuses on the technical leadership required for developing and maintaining a modern, efficient, and user-friendly IT environment, emphasizing collaboration and cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal position, you will guide the technical direction and quality of modern workplace solutions. You will act as a technical reference for complex challenges, support design decisions, and collaborate hands-on when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the technical aspects of modern workplace solutions.
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
- Serving as a point of contact for intricate incidents, changes, and improvement initiatives.
- Coaching team members on technical queries and best practices.
- Ensuring the stability and security of the digital workplace.
- Developing technical standards and guidelines.
- Integrating solutions with existing IT services.
- Supporting hybrid work models from a technological standpoint.
- Actively contributing to projects with technical insights and designs.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Staying updated on technology trends within the modern workplace.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and leadership skills, specifically in the following areas:
- 5+ years of experience in IT architecture or as a technology lead in complex IT environments.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing digital workplace solutions.
- 15+ years of practical experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, including Office 365 and collaboration services.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud concepts (such as Azure) and cybersecurity basics.
- A minimum of 3 years supporting hybrid or remote working practices.
- Experience in project-driven environments, contributing to technical choices and implementations.
