.NET Developer

Function

We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our client's team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions within a business-critical environment. You'll work closely with solution architects and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, reliable applications while taking ownership of the full software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
• Build secure and high-performing .NET Core Web APIs.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services and event-driven architectures.
• Apply Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles to create maintainable and scalable software.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and support containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and optimize SQL databases and integrate backend APIs, including solutions that support offline synchronization and data recovery.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders while taking ownership of end-to-end software delivery.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure and .NET Core Web API development.
• Strong knowledge of C#, LINQ, async/await, design patterns, security best practices, and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience with unit testing, SQL, Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
• Available to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days per week.
