Network Architect

Function

Our client is looking for a seasoned network and security professional to support an environment where strong infrastructure expertise, cloud awareness, and industrial technology exposure are valued. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge with the ability to work across complex network landscapes and related security tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve network and security operations in a technically demanding environment.
• Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of network performance.
• Work with infrastructure and security technologies to help maintain a stable and secure environment.
• Apply knowledge of industrial and operational technology contexts where relevant.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Fortinet and Cisco solutions is a strong asset.
• Exposure to cloud technologies is considered an advantage.
• Experience in industrial or OT environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of network performance monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, is valued.
• Experience with Zscaler is considered beneficial.

Profile

• You bring solid experience in network and security infrastructure.
• You are comfortable working in environments where both traditional networking and modern security tooling are important.
• You have a structured, analytical mindset and can work independently when needed.
• Senior-level experience is preferred for network performance monitoring and related infrastructure tasks.

Practical Information

• Languages: fluent Dutch, fluent English, and French are considered an asset.
• This is a consulting opportunity.
