Role Overview

As a member of the "Network Core & Voice" team, you will focus on a variety of voice-related activities essential for effective communication infrastructure. Key responsibilities include management of central telephony systems, integration of telephony platforms, and automation of operational processes. Your role will emphasize the implementation of DevOps principles to enhance VoIP and Unified Communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation and deployment initiatives to streamline telephony operations.
• Offer expert guidance on best practices for automation within the team.
• Develop and sustain tools for troubleshooting and monitoring voice infrastructure.
• Automate and execute essential administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong technical background in central telephony infrastructure, scripting for automation, and API utilization. Candidates should have knowledge of Linux environments, encryption mechanisms, and CI/CD tools. Familiarity with networking basics, Windows Servers, telephony protocols, and proficiency in Microsoft tools will be considered benefits. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines are essential. Language and Education Requirements

• Proficiency in one of the local languages (Dutch or French) along with English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Expected work arrangement is 50% on-site and 50% remote.
