Onsite IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in keeping day-to-day IT operations running smoothly in a dynamic, international environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to users, solving technical issues, and working collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities / Tasks

Set up, configure, and maintain user profiles, access rights, and passwords

Create and update distribution lists and secure groups

Manage secure folders and files in line with internal security requirements

Apply and monitor compliance procedures within internal systems

Handle IT hardware management, including inventory, tracking, and replacements

Install and maintain IT equipment on-site

Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure equipment readiness for new joiners
-
Provide daily user support across common tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, and other business applications)

Liaise with external suppliers for equipment repairs when needed

Work closely with global IT colleagues based in the US and the UK
Ideal profile

Previous experience in IT support or a similar role

Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in an international and collaborative setting

Good knowledge of standard workplace IT tools and hardware management

Fluent in English and proficient in either French or Dutch
