We’re currently looking for a motivated End User Support Consultant to join our client’s team in a part-time, onsite capacity. This role focuses on providing reliable day-to-day IT support to end users across two locations. It is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience in a dynamic workplace environment.
Role & Responsibilities
As an End User Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance and ensuring that employees receive efficient and professional IT support. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and maintaining user productivity.
Key Tasks
- Provide onsite end user support for hardware, software, and workplace IT issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and service requests
- Assist users with workstation, device, and application-related problems
- Ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience for employees
- Collaborate with broader IT support teams when escalation is required
Profile – The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in End User Support or IT Service Desk environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite across two locations (Hoeilaart and Nivelles)
- Available four mornings per week (Monday to Thursday)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French
- A service-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction
