Function

We're looking for a dedicated consultant to join our client's team, focusing on the enhancement of data standards as an expert in the field. This role involves coordinating the development, implementation, and refinement of data standards products. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring quality assurance of data standards services, developing new service proposals based on partner needs, and maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the quality assurance of data standards services and validating final deliverables.
• Managing the product offering related to data standards and its alignment with processes and methods.
• Engaging with partners and maintaining communication with internal teams regarding data standards.
• Tracking the data standards pipeline and following up on potential projects.
• Reporting on data standard products and collaborating with team leads to establish a clear vision and objectives.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in data warehouse modeling and Agile project leadership.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and product development in data.
• Experience in planning, designing, and building data warehouse applications with tools such as Cognos or Datastage.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, processes, and architectures.
• Fluency in Dutch and English at CEFR level C2.

Skills and Experience

Additional skills that are appreciated include:

• Experience with RDF and JSON-LD.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in the public sector and specific familiarity with established data standards.
• A Master’s degree in IT or related fields is beneficial.
