Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle Solutions Architect to play a critical role in driving their technological direction and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop Technology Roadmaps: Create and deliver detailed Oracle Technology Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the latest market trends, industry shifts, and vendor developments.
• Design Integrated Solutions: Craft effective solutions by merging business requirements with Oracle’s technology stack, staying ahead of the curve with market insights.
• Provide Strategic Guidance: Be the go-to expert for clients and infrastructure architects, offering advice on the best-fit infrastructure architecture for specific needs.
• Stay Ahead with Market Analysis: Monitor industry developments to keep roadmaps updated and relevant, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge.

Your Impact

• Lead and Innovate: Take charge in developing new solutions and refining existing ones to strengthen market positioning.
• Support Sales Teams: Act as a technical advisor, simplifying complex technology solutions for the sales team and clients to drive successful sales cases.
• Oversee Implementations: Guide ongoing projects within your technology domain, extracting learnings to fine-tune solutions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Shape Strategic Decisions: Play a key role in strategic decision-making, including investments, optimizations, and profit assurance. Collaborate closely with Global Competence Leads during budget planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, with a successful track record in Oracle Technology.
• Oracle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle’s product ecosystem, covering hardware, database technology, middleware, and applications across cloud environments (private, public, and hybrid).
• Strategic Mindset: Insight into Oracle’s trends, roadmaps, and the ability to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of evolving technologies.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Collaborative Spirit: Able to work independently and alongside Design Authorities, SMEs, Product Managers, Sales, and technical teams.
• Technical Track Record: Demonstrated experience with Oracle products like Exadata, Exacc, Zfs, RA23, PCA, OC3, OLVM, Oracle Linux, Oracle Database, MySQL, OEM, EBS, Weblogic, ODI, Golden Gate, and OCI.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
