Join Our Client's Team as an Oracle Solutions Architect!

Are you passionate about shaping and maintaining technology roadmaps? Do you enjoy integrating business needs and market trends with vendor solutions to craft viable offerings? Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle Solutions Architect to take on a pivotal role within their team.

Responsibilities:

• Technology Roadmap Development: Develop and present comprehensive Oracle Technology Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends and product developments within specific domains or vendor stacks.
• Solution Integration: Design practical solutions by integrating business requirements with available vendor offerings, keeping a pulse on market trends.
• Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor in your designated technology domain, offering expert guidance on optimal infrastructure architecture to both clients and infrastructure architects.
• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market developments to refine and adapt technology roadmaps, ensuring services are built on the latest knowledge.

Role Overview:

• Solution Leadership: Lead the creation of new solutions and optimize existing products to maintain or improve market position.
• Sales Support: Serve as a trusted technology advisor to the sales team, addressing technical capabilities to support sales cases.
• Implementation Oversight: Supervise ongoing implementations and use cases within the technology domain, distilling improvements for solutions and developing business strategies to enhance the product portfolio.
• Strategic Formulation: Contribute to strategic decision-making by formulating choices regarding investments, optimizations, and margin assurance programs. Participate in the annual budget process in collaboration with Global Competence Leads.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Oracle Technology Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle’s product stack across various levels, including hardware, database technology, middleware, and application software, in private, public, and hybrid cloud contexts.
• Strategic Insight: Familiarity with Oracle Corporation’s strategic trends, roadmaps, and expected evolutions, with the ability to articulate the key advantages and limitations of these developments.
• Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as closely with Design Authorities, SMEs, Product Managers, Sales teams, and engineers.
• Track Record: Proven involvement in previous implementations across multiple environments, with expertise in tags like Exadata, Exacc, Zfs, RA23, PCA, OC3, OLVM, Oracle Linux, Oracle Database, MySQL, OEM, EBS, Weblogic, ODI, Golden Gate, Oci.
• Education: Master’s degree required
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French being a plus.
• Work Environment: Flexibility to work from our client's offices in various locations or from home, with occasional client visits depending on your residence.
