We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our client's team in support of a significant global initiative that involves the implementation of a comprehensive aircraft maintenance and engineering system. This program is key to enhancing the maintenance and engineering operations of numerous aircraft within a robust global network. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering communication, coordinating training efforts, and actively participating in a digital transformation journey, all while collaborating across multiple regions with a positive and proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in various program support and coordination tasks, including:

  • Assisting the Program Director with coordination, documentation, and follow-up on program tasks.
  • Coordinating a large-scale training initiative for approximately 1,000 users.
  • Managing training plans for diverse audiences such as mechanics, engineers, planners, and management personnel.
  • Overseeing scheduling and follow-up on role-based training paths, including Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • Collaborating with airlines and vendors to effectively manage training capacity and resolve any training-related challenges.
  • Executing the communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across global teams.
  • Creating communication materials like newsletters and program updates, translating technical information into accessible formats.
  • Promoting transparency and alignment as a communication ambassador within the program.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a range of qualifications and skills, including:

  • Experience in project support, coordination, or PMO roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • A background in a multicultural, virtual environment.
  • A positive mindset and a strong can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Teams, O365, JIRA, QTest, and Zoho.
  • A degree in Communication Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Capability to utilize Microsoft Copilot and modern media/content creation tools.
