Function

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's dynamic team, focusing on the development and maintenance of administrative technical applications. This role involves programming within a specific environment, where you'll work on application code based on technical and functional specifications. You'll engage in various projects, support user needs, and ensure compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Writing, testing, and documenting your code within the development environment.
• Collaborating with analysts to interpret technical specifications effectively.
• Adhering to development guidelines and internal IT standards.
• Participating actively in knowledge sharing and transfer within the team.
• Contributing to the Community operations of ICT.
• Applying established procedures related to change and release management processes.
• Providing technical advice to analysts or designers and evaluating the feasibility of requests accurately.
• Estimating workload with precision and handling tickets in the incident management process.
• Being an integral part of an agile-driven team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven experience with:

• Development of .NET-based applications (5+ years).
• PowerBuilder development (7+ years).
• Oracle PL/SQL (7+ years).
• Oracle database (7+ years).
• Team Foundation Server (5+ years).
• Visual Studio 2022.

Additional experience in Jira, XML, relational databases, unit testing, and Agile methodologies would be advantageous. The candidate must be fluent in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2 and possess good command of English for professional communication.
