As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate within a dynamic Cluster dedicated to addressing market needs. You will oversee the review of application user guides and actively engage in brainstorming sessions with business and IT partners to ensure that proposed solutions align with the broader business strategy while maintaining operational efficiencies and risk management standards. Working hand-in-hand with the Product Owner, you will define and refine business processes and flows, ensuring end-to-end management from customer requests to the delivery of services.

• Implement or review business processes and flows alongside the Product Owner.
• Manage end-to-end (E2E) business processes effectively.
• Drive change management initiatives.
• Enhance the customer journey in partnership with IT development teams.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and report progress on various assignments within the organization.
• Collect and challenge stakeholder needs for better alignment.
• Document existing processes and tools for transparency.

• You possess a genuine passion for the investment sector and a curiosity about process flows, particularly in mainframe systems.
• Your independent, proactive approach has already seen you lead several projects successfully.
• Exceptional communication skills allow you to present analytical results at various management levels, and you thrive in collaborative team settings.
• A solid foundation in the Agile working method is considered a plus.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential, paired with excellent analysis and facilitation skills that enable you to effectively negotiate and influence outcomes.
• Your customer-centric mindset drives you to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations through creative problem-solving.
