We're looking for an experienced professional to join our client's team, where you'll play a crucial role in redefining and documenting process governance within a new Marketing & Communication department undergoing reorganization. This position will involve evaluating current processes and creating new ones to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and analyzing existing business models using a variety of process modeling techniques.
  • Managing comprehensive end-to-end process descriptions (AS IS and TO BE).
  • Designing high-level processes and breaking them down into detailed work instructions.
  • Reviewing and updating existing process documentation and models.
  • Developing and implementing process strategies and governance.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting to management and managing documentation effectively.
  • Providing coaching within the team.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in process management.
  • Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in process modeling techniques and methods.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications, including SharePoint, and familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Aris).
  • Preferred experience in Marketing and Communications.
