We're looking for an experienced professional to join our client's team, where you'll play a crucial role in redefining and documenting process governance within a new Marketing & Communication department undergoing reorganization. This position will involve evaluating current processes and creating new ones to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and analyzing existing business models using a variety of process modeling techniques.
- Managing comprehensive end-to-end process descriptions (AS IS and TO BE).
- Designing high-level processes and breaking them down into detailed work instructions.
- Reviewing and updating existing process documentation and models.
- Developing and implementing process strategies and governance.
- Ensuring accurate reporting to management and managing documentation effectively.
- Providing coaching within the team.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in process management.
- Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in process modeling techniques and methods.
- Expertise in MS Office applications, including SharePoint, and familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Aris).
- Preferred experience in Marketing and Communications.
