Product Manager

We're looking for a proactive and analytical consultant to join our client's team and play a key role in the successful delivery of strategic product initiatives. Acting as a bridge between multiple business functions, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear specifications, drive project discussions, and contribute to the development of innovative financial and investment-related solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives and ongoing product enhancements.
• Lead workshops and meetings, ensuring effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of business specifications.
• Analyze commercial and financial data using Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation required for product development.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior management, translating complex topics into clear and actionable insights.
• Contribute to the evaluation of regulatory, tax, and legal considerations related to financial products and services.
• Support the identification and implementation of practical business solutions that enhance customer and business value.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field.
• Has at least 2–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within financial services or investment-related environments.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
• Is comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving initiatives forward independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Possesses advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing commercial and financial performance data.
• Knowledge of investment-linked insurance products or similar financial solutions is considered a strong asset.
• Fluent in both English and Dutch.
