We are seeking a talented and driven Product Owner to join our client's team. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective software solutions, specifically for an ERP system. Your ability to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements will be essential in shaping clear and actionable user stories, driving product development, and aligning with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and translate them into software solutions for the ERP system.

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, transforming them into actionable epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

• Develop a clear product vision and prioritize tasks based on strategic goals.

• Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth execution.

• Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while proactively identifying and managing risks.

• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Maintain detailed product documentation and ensure it stays up to date.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Has strong knowledge of IT systems and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management techniques.

• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
