Function

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, acting as a crucial bridge between business and IT. In this role, you will translate customer needs into tangible improvements for existing IT applications while overseeing the evolution of digital products and platforms. You will ensure quality, consistency, and added value in your domain through effective management and communication.

Responsibilities

You will engage in several key areas of responsibility, including:

• Identifying and analyzing internal and external customer needs.
• Translating business requirements into concrete IT features.
• Maintaining and prioritizing the platform backlog.
• Creating a roadmap for your platform.
• Overseeing the correct implementation of applications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensuring the consistent and qualitative functioning of digital products.
• Monitoring outcomes and adjusting strategies based on analyses.
• Collaborating closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Coordinating activities to foster harmonious teamwork.
• Providing documentation, training, and guides for end-users.
• Ensuring clear communication and support during new releases.
• Actively seeking feedback and optimization opportunities.
• Managing the budget for small projects and setting priorities within your domain.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an Agile context.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Affinity with business and functional analysis.
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of IT software development is an asset.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies (knowledge of SAFe is a plus).
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and strong people skills.
• Change-oriented: Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking.
