This role involves working closely with a robust application that facilitates diverse operations, allowing field personnel to perform their duties efficiently through mobile devices. Responsibilities

In this position, you will take on dual roles encompassing both product ownership and business analysis. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understand the business and functional aspects of applications thoroughly.
• Act as the main point of contact for users, gathering and analyzing their business and functional needs.
• Collaborate with external product owners and report progress to management.
• Conduct business analysis and functional modeling for new modules.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
• Support end-users by providing training and maintaining documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. You should exhibit a customer-centric mindset, understanding user journeys, and balancing technical constraints with business goals. Additionally, the following qualifications are essential:

• Confirm your experience in business analysis and process modeling.
• Demonstrate proficiency in change management.
• Possess a basic familiarity with the public sector.
• Showcase your skills as a Product Owner or equivalent.

Soft Skills
