Product Owner

Function

We’re looking for a Product Owner Inbound–Outbound to join our client’s team, where you will represent the business for a key digital product within the Customer Experience domain. In this high-impact role, you will drive the digitalization and optimization of inbound and outbound processes, acting as the vital link between business and IT. You will translate strategic objectives and business needs into tangible, high-value solutions while maintaining a strong end-to-end perspective across customer, employee, and partner journeys.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you take ownership of the product vision, value delivery, and prioritization, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and Agile teams. Your responsibilities include:

• Defining and safeguarding the product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Acting as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, including user stories, changes, and features
• Translating business needs and high-level requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Supporting Agile ceremonies such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, Agile teams, architects, and domain leads
• Engaging with business stakeholders including product specialists, operational teams, and partners
• Validating delivered work and closing user stories based on agreed acceptance criteria
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), demos, and evaluations when needed
• Ensuring transparent communication and strong collaboration across all stakeholders
• Monitoring market and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in transformation or change management initiatives
• Background in business functions such as customer service, operations, or product development
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, ideally within a SAFe framework
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to think end-to-end and maintain a holistic overview
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value

Languages

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
