We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Threat Intelligence to join our client's cybersecurity team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving threat intelligence services that help protect a large and complex organization from emerging cyber threats. You will transform vast amounts of threat data into actionable intelligence, enabling stakeholders at all levels to make informed decisions and strengthen their cyber resilience.

The Role

As Product Owner, you will oversee the end-to-end threat intelligence service, ensuring the effective collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat information. You will collaborate with external intelligence providers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to optimize data flows, improve service maturity, and ensure the delivery of timely and high-quality threat insights. You will also define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize threat intelligence data streams received from external providers, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing.
• Analyze incoming threat data, correlate findings with internal sources, and assess potential risks and impacts to the organization.
• Produce clear and targeted reporting for different audiences, ranging from executive management summaries to detailed technical threat assessments.
• Take ownership of the threat intelligence service, driving continuous improvement, governance, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and enhance cyber threat intelligence platforms, data sources, and processes to increase service maturity and effectiveness.
• Define and maintain the product strategy, vision, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements while assessing their impact across the organization.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.
• Document processes, methodologies, and expertise to ensure sustainable knowledge sharing and organizational capability growth.
• Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to the development of internal threat intelligence expertise.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with responsibility for product vision, strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder management.
• Certified in Product Ownership and/or Product Management within Agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple project management disciplines, including planning, budgeting, estimation, scheduling, and delivery oversight.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs in complex environments.
• Experience working with cybersecurity, threat intelligence, security operations, or related domains is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-moving and uncertain environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information into clear business-oriented insights.
• Native-level Dutch language proficiency (CEFR C2).
