Product Service Owner

We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team in a hybrid, full-time role focused on developing and managing services for SME employers. In this role, you will translate customer insights, market trends and stakeholder input into a clear service vision, roadmap and value proposition. A fitting title for this role is Product Owner, as it combines ownership of services, stakeholder alignment and roadmap prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs through close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate customer expectations, market trends and organisational impact into a clear service roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a service catalogue for the SME segment.
• Define strong value propositions and help build a competitive service offering.
• Coordinate service development by setting clear objectives, motivating teams and ensuring alignment with internal processes.
• Support change management to ensure smooth adoption of new or improved services.
• Work with marketing to define target groups, KPIs and go-to-market actions.
• Monitor service quality, align on SLAs and use results to continuously improve the offering.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, service management or a similar strategic customer-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn market insights and customer needs into concrete business models and solutions.
• People management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and guide them towards shared goals.
• Result-driven mindset with a strong focus on innovation, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create buy-in with different stakeholders.

Languages

• Very good knowledge of Dutch.
• Good knowledge of French and English.
