We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team in a pioneering digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving service delivery. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who can navigate complex projects while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of technological innovations that meet community needs.

The selected individual will play a crucial part in overseeing significant programs, managing both national deployment and IT integrations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading National Deployment: Supervise risk analysis and ensure the successful rollout of analytics and monitoring tools across various operations.
• Coordinating IT Integration: Manage the technical finalization of system integrations to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Optimizing Resources: Address team resource challenges and harmonize product development across IT departments.
• Facilitating Change Management: Enhance user adoption rates while navigating potential resistance from various operational areas.

The desired candidate will have a solid background in project management or program management, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams. Essential qualifications include:

• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management.
• Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and change management within the public sector.
• Experience in leading the implementation of citizen-facing web solutions and managing processes.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with proficient knowledge of French being an advantage.
