We're looking for a talented consultant to join our client's team in a transformative role aimed at enhancing digital capabilities and operational efficiency. This opportunity comes in conjunction with a strategic initiative designed to realign various projects and improve governance structures within IT operations. The position involves directing critical IT programs, optimizing resources, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Structuring and revitalizing essential IT programs to ensure their success.
• Establishing robust oversight frameworks rooted in comprehensive analysis, prioritization, and risk management.
• Restoring clear governance within potentially challenging environments.

Role & Tasks

You will be tasked with managing strategic oversight and constructing a coherent roadmap for ongoing programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough analyses to gauge the maturity, performance, and risks associated with existing programs.
• Identifying dysfunctions and formulating effective remediation plans.
• Coordinating multi-dimensional aspects of projects, including technical, organizational, and contractual components.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Extensive expertise in program management, particularly within complex and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven experience in crisis management and the turnaround of underperforming programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage change effectively.
• A deep understanding of IT environments, including architecture and data integration.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French being an asset.
