Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our client's team and lead a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation program. This strategic initiative focuses on modernizing the organization's data landscape through the implementation of a scalable cloud-based data platform, the introduction of robust data governance and data quality practices, and the migration of data assets from legacy environments. The program also promotes a data product mindset aligned with business domains while supporting the integration of emerging AI capabilities to drive greater business value, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and governance of this transformation program. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating a complex Data & Analytics transformation program from initiation to delivery.
• Managing program planning, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of a modern cloud-based data platform and the migration of existing data assets and reporting solutions.
• Driving collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to maximize business value and ensure successful adoption.
• Providing strategic oversight on data governance, data quality, data products, and AI-related initiatives within the program.
• Monitoring program progress, ensuring quality delivery, and reporting on milestones, risks, and overall performance.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformation programs. You have:

• At least five years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading a cloud data platform modernization project involving significant scope and complexity (approximately 20 FTE and/or a budget exceeding €1 million).
• Strong expertise in program and project management methodologies, including risk management, issue management, planning, and governance.
• A solid understanding of modern data platform concepts, including cloud compute, storage, FinOps, and data architecture principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform effectively in demanding environments.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience within the energy or utilities sector is considered a strong advantage.
• Project or Program Management certifications such as Prince2, PMP, PgMP, or MSP are considered an asset.
